Conference Guidelines

Abstract Submission Guildelines

1.  Research papers should have been completed from 2021 to 2024.

2. The papers to be submitted should have not been previously published and not currently considered for publication.

3. The abstract should have a maximum of 250 words and must include the research objectives, methodology, major results, and conclusions. This should be typed single-spaced using Times New Roman and 12 pt. font size. At least three (3) key words should be provided.

4. The abstract should include the name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), and e-mail address(es).

5. The abstract must be written in English or Filipino.

6. Please send a brief biography together with the abstract.

7. Submitted abstracts will be screened and evaluated based on the following:

Originality 25%
Methodological approach 25%
Evaluation of work 25%
Relevance to the conference theme 25%

8. All abstracts must be submitted to [official email address] on or before August 15, 2024.

9. Qualified papers will be notified on or before August 23, 2024

Full Paper Submission Guildelines

1. Submission of full paper is required for paper presentation.

2. The submission shall include the following: Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, and Conclusions. It must also include a list of bibliographic sources.

3. The full paper should be typewritten with 1” margins on all sides, letter-sized page, and single-spaced. The font size for the body of the text should be 12 pt. Times New Roman with a single column layout with both left and right margins justified. All pages should be numbered consecutively.

4. Include an acknowledgement of individuals or organizations who provided funding grants or any form of assistance.

5. Submit the full paper in PDF file format to [official email address] on or before October 10, 2024.

Poster Submission Guildelines

1. The research poster should be computer-generated or graphically designed, 2 x 3 ft in size, printed in high resolution and with holes at each corner.

2. Include the research title, author(s), and institutional affiliation.

3. All references and sources used should be properly cited.

Paper Presentation Guildelines

1. Each presenter will be given 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q & A.

2. The presentation material should be in MS PowerPoint.

3. In the interest of time, please be in the room assigned 10 minutes before the start of the session.

4. Criteria for the selection of Best Paper:

Contribution to national/international issues and concerns 25%
Impact/potential use of results 25%
Validity of research based on empirical results 25%
Readability and organization 25%
